You are advised to take a prior appointment to ensure that the waiting times are reduced. A Hospital representative will get in touch with you right after your request to confirm your appointment.

Spec - Internal Pic - Cardiology The RAK Hospital admissions section strives to ensure that patients and/or their family members are assisted in every possible way. Our staff is always available to answer any questions that you might have.

We continuously aim to ensure that each patient hospital visit is as comfortable as possible and that all patients receive the best possible care. We welcome you to call in advance to schedule a test, procedure or surgery and for any questions.

We are pleased to welcome you to RAK Hospital and hope that you enjoy our premium hospitality during your stay in the hospital. To ensure a pleasant visit, visitors are requested to observe the following timings, policies and guidelines:

Visiting Hours: Visiting hours restricted until further notice, to maintain high standards of infection control in the current situation

General Guidelines for Visitors

  1. Elderly and vulnerable, Post-operative, pediatric and post-delivery patients will be allowed one bystander in the General Ward, No attendant is permitted for ICU Patients.
  2. Attendant accompanying the patient in general ward should have a valid COVID-19 negative report of maximum of 48 hours from the time of the admission of the patient.
  3. Swapping can be allowed for exceptional cases (kids, elderly patients or delivery case admissions) provided the attendant who is going to swap is negative on the Al Hosn application with a window of 48 hours.
  4. The designated attendant is allowed a single entry. He/ She will not be permitted to randomly come in and out of the hospital for the duration of the patient’s hospital admission.
  5. In emergency cases, one person will be allowed to accompany the patient after giving a COVID-19 SWAB & coverall PPE.
  6. Please be informed that 4pm to 5pm will be dedicated as visiting hours for the patient visitor. Only 1 family member with a valid negative PCR report of less than 48 hours will be permitted to visit the patient for the day.
  7. Please be informed that 11 am – 12 pm will be dedicated as visiting hours for ICU patient visitor. Only 1 family member with a valid negative PCR report of less than 48 hours will be permitted to visit the patient for the day.
