Dr. Chhagan is a highly experienced Specialist Otolaryngologist with over 13 years of expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions. He holds an MS in ENT from Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College, Ajmer, India, and an MBBS from Ravindra Nath Tagore Medical College, Udaipur, India.

Throughout his career, he has successfully performed over 1,300 complex ENT surgeries, specializing in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Microscopic Ear Surgery, and Head & Neck Surgery. His surgical expertise extends to advanced endoscopic skull base procedures, airway surgeries, thyroid and parotid gland surgeries, and maxillofacial trauma management. Before joining RAK Hospital, he worked at leading hospitals in the UAE and India.

Dr. Chhagan has actively participated in numerous national and international ENT workshops and conferences, enhancing his expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques. He has also contributed to academic research and training programs, mentoring junior doctors and presenting scientific papers on advanced ENT procedures.
