About Dr. Adil Rizvi

Dr. Adil Rizvi obtained his MBBS in 2000 and his MS in General Surgery in 2005 from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh, India. Later on he completed his MCh in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery in 2009 from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India.

Before joining RAK Hospital, he was associated with various hospitals in India such as Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Pushpawati Singhania Research Institute, Metro Heart Institute with Multispecialty and Max Patparganj Hospital.

He is a member of Delhi Medical Council and Indian Association of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeons of India.

Dr. Adil Rizvi is known for performing complex surgeries with a high success rate. He has a special interest in aortic arch replacement, keyhole surgery, off-pump coronary bypass surgery, valve repair and replacement surgery, complex aortic surgeries, and left ventricular assist devices. He is the author of various research papers published in national and international journals.
