About Dr. Mugtaba Elnour

Dr. Mugtaba is a distinguished Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Consultant with 16 years of experience. He completed his MBBS at Donetsk State Medical University, Ukraine and pursued his MD in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery at Sudan Medical Specialization Board, Sudan and received his Fellowship of European Board in 2025. Throughout his career, he has served in reputable hospitals in the UAE, Sudan and Saudi Arabia gaining broad exposure to complex ENT cases and refining his expertise in emergency and elective procedures. 

His surgical proficiency spans a wide spectrum of procedures in ENT & Head & Neck Surgeries including Tracheostomy, Rigid Bronchoscopy, Esophagoscopy, Adenotonsillectomy, Thyroidectomy, Parotidectomy, and Laryngectomy. 

Dr. Mugtaba has actively participated in numerous ENT workshops, advanced surgical trainings and conferences, enhancing his expertise in surgical techniques. He has also contributed to academic research and training programs, mentoring junior doctors and medical staff enhancing surgical skills and knowledge base.
