Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy in the healthcare sector. This pivotal role involves developing and executing sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen market positioning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare sales and marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective business development and client acquisition strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to enhance market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical marketing practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
