About Dr. Feras Al Hamed

Dr. Hamed achieved his MD from Damascus University, Syria, in 2011 and completed his Master’s Degree in Pediatrics in 2016 from the Children’s Hospital in Damascus University. He has also received a certificate from the Arab Board of Pediatrics. Before joining RAK Hospital, he was working in several reputed hospitals in Syria.

Dr. Hamed specializes in:

• NICU, PICU cases including trauma, accidents
• Congenital abnormalities, severe infection, poisoning, immunological disorders and drug overdose
• Neonatal and newborn delivery resuscitation skills and mechanical ventilation and intubation
