About Dr. Kishore Kumar Katam

Dr. Kishore Kumar Katam has joined RAK Hospital as a Consultant Endocrinologist. He earned his MBBS from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, and pursued MD in Internal Medicine at Osmania Medical College. He later specialized in Endocrinology and Metabolism by completing his DM at the prestigious Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI), Lucknow. With a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in clinical endocrinology, Dr. Katam brings more than 15 years of expertise in the field of medicine, including 12 years exclusively in endocrinology.

Dr. Katam has served in several leading medical institutions including Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad; Thumbay Hospital, Ajman; Zulekha Hospital, Sharjah; and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), where he most recently held the position of Associate Professor at AIIMS Nagpur. His background includes academic, research, and hands-on clinical practice in managing complex endocrine disorders.
