Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, supporting individuals and families through their healthcare journey. The role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring patients receive compassionate and effective treatment, and promoting wellness within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and respond to their healthcare needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Ensure adherence to nursing protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA/MOH/HAAD license or eligibility as a registered nurse in the UAE.
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting is an advantage (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
