Dr. Olayinka earned her MBBS in 2008 from Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria and Fellowship in Family Medicine from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. Before joining RAK Hospital, she worked across different organizations in Nigeria such as the Olive Green Medical Centre in Abuja, Federal Medical Centre in Keffi, NNPC Medical Services in Benin, and in 347 Nigerian Air Force Hospital in Jos. As part of her experience, she underwent various trainings such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Lifestyle Medicine.
Dr. Olayinka is skilled in general medical practice, family medicine, emergency medicine, surgery, obstetric and gynecological services, pediatric care, geriatric care, medical research, medical outreach, home-based care, multiple casualties and disaster management, preventive, curative, rehabilitative, and palliative care. She is known for being a good communicator and for her leadership skills.
