  Our Ancestry test is not intended for clinical or diagnostic use. Our tests are only meant for ancestry and genealogy. The raw data of any of these tests may not reveal information any health-related information.

• How confidential and safe is my data?

  Your DNA information is kept highly confidential and will not be shared with any insurance or third party without your consent. We do not share your results other than for the purposes to which you have consented for our analysis. All of your raw data and information are held behind your sign in pages at RAK Hospital’s NGS Lab.

• How can I get my results?

  Your result will be mailed to your registered email id or you can download your report from RAK Hospital’s Mobile App.

• How can I pay for this test?

  Please call/email us once you have collected the sample and is ready for collection, our courier will visit your location to collect your sample.
