Dr. Emad Mosalam earned his MS in Ophthalmology in 1998 and his Ph.D. in Ophthalmology in 2003 from Stavropol State Medical Academy, Russia. He has expertise in Cataract surgeries and Retinal surgeries with experience in Yag Laser Capsulotomy, and Laser Iridotomy. He has performed more than 10,000 surgeries.

Dr. Emad Mosalam is passionate about helping patients to improve eye health and functionality through preventative and corrective care. Before joining RAK Hospital, he has worked for 9 years in Stavropol Eye Microsurgery Clinic in Russia and worked for 10 years in Saqr Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
